The Bureau of Criminal Investigation is commanded by Capt. W. Simcox. The Bureau is comprised of the Criminal Investigations Division and the Crime Lab. Personnel in this bureau are responsible for investigating Crimes Against Persons, Crimes Against Property, Fugitive Apprehension, Narcotics Investigations and Crime Scene Investigations. The Crime Lab provides forensic analysis of evidence submitted from various agencies around the metro area. The bureau consists of 24 commissioned personnel and 12 civilian personnel. |
